Born & raised in Japan but living and teaching Karate in the Netherlands for over 40 years
Nobuaki Konno was born 13-06-1953 in Yonezawa city Yamagata Prefecture, Japan. Raised in a family that had their own soy and miso factory. After attending Saitama University and it’s Karate club, Konno moved to the Netherlands in 1976 to teach Karate. Together with his wife Carien, he has a daughter (Lisa) and a son (Tetsuo).
